I came across Sharif's business here on Home Advisor along with one other company in my area but decided to only call Sharif as seemingly all of his reviews were outstanding. He was very friendly, courteous, he communicated very well through every step of the process and went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied. We stopped by Nebraska Furniture Mart after first meeting with Sharif because they were having a massive special for wood flooring installation. Sharif was able to special order the flooring that we preferred and he beat their total price by about $700 (which, considering the overall cost of our floors was a lot of money) and not only that he was willing to remove and reattach the baseboards which NFM was not willing to do. They wanted to use a shoe molding instead. No thank you. Sharif had just one man handle our job for the most part and he did an outstanding job with tile and carpet removal, some minor damage to just a small number of baseboards but it can be easily touched up to like new, installation of the floors was executed very well and he cleaned up afterwards quite well. He was also very pleasant to deal with. The job took about 3 1/2 days for roughly 950 sq ft of flooring. I recommend Sharif and Floors 4 Less for every flooring job that you may have. Every aspect of the process was well worth it and we are thrilled with our beautiful new floors. My wife and I can't thank Sharif enough!

I was looking for floors in local stoors when I found Floors4Less on craigslist and decided to get a comparison quote. Sharif was extremely responsive to my calls and texts and showed up on time to my home with a large amount of samples (unlike B&M stoor that showed up late and didn't even bring the sample I had selected in store the week before). He measured my area and put together a quote explaining each number as he added it to the total (again something local store would not provide). After visiting a couple more stores to verify the price was as good as we thought, we decided to go with Floors4Less. We had 900 square feet of engineered hardwood installed. The installers were polite and efficient completing the job in 2 full days. As others stated there will be dust and cleaning required after they are done but we wiped down everything in the rooms before moving furniture back in place. If you are like me, you are researching online and are nervous about trusting a small company like floors4less. I can tell you we are very happy we did and the money we saved allowed us to do additional decorating after the install. I had never met Sharif or heard of his company before the initial estimate but I am glad I chose them and will recommend to friends.

I did a lot of research in finding a company to replace my existing tile flooring in the main living areas and master bedroom and closet and after living with the floors for a little under a month, I can say I������������m very happy that we chose Sharif and team to do our floors. He brought several samples during the initial meeting and let us hold onto the two samples we liked until we made our final decision. Sharif was never pushing us to get a more expensive option; he listened to what we wanted and worked within our budget. He truly cares about his customers and gets them the right produt for their needs. We ended up choosing a laminate floor that is perfect for our home. We have a large dog that likes to run and the floors have proven to be durable enough for his active nature. Sharif is very honest and did a great job with communicating during the entire process. He was very competitive with pricing and tried to save us money anywhere where he could. Sharif was on the job site more than I expected but his crew was very independent and moved through the demo and installation far faster than I thought possible. Part of the pricing included moving furniture and debris removal which is sometimes not included in quotes with other companies. Keep in mind that replacing flooring is a fairly intensive remodel project (especially if you have a lot of tile like we did) it will get messy before it looks better and you will have to do a bit of cleanup on your own, although Sharif������������s crew cleaned as much as they could but don������������t expect a deep cleaning. If you are looking for a quality company with fair and competitive pricing, I would definitely recommend working with Sharif at Floors 4 Less

Sharif Asad is a great guy to work with. He takes care of his customers and makes sure the job is 100%. He strives to make sure that you are getting the floor that you have always wanted and that its with a great quality and in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

We had our living room, master bed room and two other rooms installed with hardwood floors. We are very happy with the outcome of our new hardwood floors. Sharif is very professional, easy to deal with and he gave me a competitive price. The 2 men who installed our hardwood floors did an excellent job, although there were minor issues, they came back and fixed it.
