Comment: City of Mpls wants approval of Water Heater and Furnace . At present I have a friend of a friend living in the house - and so rental inspector had been out - so we need an okay on everything is okay . Furnace is old gravity type works great -- but the house will probably be torn down for future development. I had put in a new water heater a few years ago - I use to teach Electronics / Solar Energy / Solar water heaters etc - Mpls public Schools I had a special plumbing certificate at the time ,,,, I am a friend of Greg Skularkic the HVAC instructor at MTC where I taught until I retired -- Now I'm Just an OLD disabled Veteran - still trying to enjoy llife - but the city gets after you - if its not done their way ...
