Comment: When I fire up the furnace, some of the rooms are nice and confy, but some are not even warm. I installed a top of the line furnace, about three years a go, but the ducts were not replaced. I do not think they have to be replaced, I think they have to be aligned with the air flow since just some of the rooms get heeted and I mean hot, so I think the ducts have to be re-directed.
