Comment: This is not a new build, but rather minor renovations to 5 existing closets in an apartment that I just purchased on the Upper West Side of Manhattan (but choices on Home Advisor were limited). Details: There are 5 closets in the apartment. From memory, the two in the bedroom have built-in shelves. I want to 1) maximize hanging space by removing built-ins; 2) replace old rods and hooks in all closets with new, high-quality ones as needed; 3) remove rod/curtain which currently function in place of a door for the living room closet (I plan to replace with a standing screen as the door is lost). Apartment will be empty. I plan to repaint the closet interiors/frames, and buff/coat closet floors, once work is done. Above is based on memory; there may be more or less to do once I view closets more closely.
