Comment: This is a 100+ year old rental property we have owned for 30 years. The foundation has had issues all along with some cracking on the walls and they have shifted apart, but now the floor of the basement is beginning to crack and the floor is not level neither in the basement nor in the home itself. We have had the same tenants in the home for over 10 years and admit that we were not really paying attention to the basement. We need to know how to fix the problem, and the cost of fixing it. I have not noticed any cracks in the plaster of the walls in the home, just the floor being uneven. We need to know how to fix the foundation so we can update the home for future family use.
