Comment: Remove old A/C, install new one. This is from another estimate - Lennox, 2.5 ton, 14 SEER, 10 year parts warranty, 2 years labor This covers the condenser and the evaporator coil. 1. Disconnect, remove and dispose of old ac unit and debris; 2. Install new ac unit mounted on the plastic pad and leveled with the rocks; 3. Reconnect new ac unit to the existing refrigerant lines, control voltage line, and high voltage line. Install new disconnect box; 4. Flush the refrigerant lines with R11 for R410A application; 5. Reinsulate the refrigerant line (suction line) from the wall to the unit; 6. Install new evap coil on top of the gas furnace/air handler; 7. Reconnect it to the existing supply ductwork. Make ductwork modification if required; 8. Reconnect existing refrigerant lines, install new condensate trap and line near the unit and reconnect it to existing line; 9. Perform the nitrogen pressure test to make sure there are no leaks in the refrigerant lines; 10. Start up the system and
