The tech was very respectful of our home, and did the job efficiently. He was aware of our time constraints, and made a concerted effort to finish the job on time.

First of all the girl who answers the phone needs to listen, she sets the hours of work it will take to do your project. 2hrs for all my trim and garage door was not enough. A quarter of the job got completed, the supervisor (needs to learn his Job) told me he could setup for a return to finish it. Not what I signed up for. It was supposed to done in one day. But, he would deduct the $40 trip charge. Needless to say they are not coming back to my house. I did manage to get the $40 trip charge dropped from my current bill for the screw up. This is a lousy company and not one I would recommend to anyone. The painter Sean did a great job and was helpful in the time allotted to him. However, Libby who answers the phones needs to listen better to her customers and get the facts correct. The supervisor needs to learn his job. Not to be recommended to anyone.
Response by House Doctors: The homeowner and I spoke about the issue and explained that there was definitely a communication breakdown somewhere because Libby didn't realize the whole garage door needed to be painted, she thought it was just the trim and set aside the amount of time needed for that. It was an honest mistake and we actually get a lot of compliments about Libby. After speaking with Linda, the homowner, she agreed to have us back to finish the work. We reduced our regular rates to help make up for the mix up and any frustration she may have experienced. She was pleased with the finished work.

What a great experience! I needed some outdoor work done, a new patio roof, some electrical and drywall work. House Doctors responded right away with a very reasonable quote and had the work done in less than a week. Joe was great to work with and went over the job so I knew what to expect. I would definitely use them again

Project: Repair Drywall
Technician was on time and explained what was required to complete the job. He sugested I repaint the drywall repair myself to reduce the hourly charges. The technician was very professional and completed the work in a timely manor to my satisfaction. I will definitely will call House Doctors for other projects that require professional help.
