I had a main line clog and when the line was snaked and a camera was placed into it; it was found that the pipe (orangeburg) needed to be replaced. It wasn't an emergency but I had several plumbing companies come out and all said that it would be good to get it done in the next couple of years. Reidhead was the most competitive price out of all the large plumbing companies. Carl came out and put a camera down the line, marked off the pipe, and walked me through the process before I even hired him. He was very honest and helpful. It can be stressful to have a main drain line issue and I would highly recommend Reidhead for this work; they were quick, efficient, and extremely price competitive.

Comment: When we run the laundry machine water runs from out under the floor board. We suspected a cracked or broken pipe but a plumber came out today and said we have a "drainage break under the slab". They suggested we reroute the plumbing as the house is older (built in the 1980's). There is at least 20 feet of concrete that would need to excavated. Their quote ran very high ($12,000 - $15,000) even though it included the cement repair and 10 year warranty. We need additional estimates before we proceed with the repair as this sounds far too expensive.
