Comment: Earlier this year had some updates on home we purchased. Luxury vinyl tile was installed in most of the rooms. Some of it was over solid vinyl flooring. After moving in, some short ends of planks were loose. The installer sent someone who beat on the places with a mallet, but it popped back up. He came again, took photos of the problem, sent to boss. The boss got on the phone and said this could not be repaired because the "locking mechanism is broken." This is worse in two places, but other areas probably should be checked.
