THEME REVIEW RESULTS
This is a cursory review. This theme has failed a sufficient number of criteria to warrant discontinuing further review.

Font License:

  • REQUIRED: Themes are required to be 100% GPL-licensed, or use a GPL-compatible license. This includes all PHP, HTML, CSS, images, fonts, icons, and everything else. All of the theme must be GPL-Compatible.

The Heartbreaker font license is not compatible with GPL. The license, by makers, fontalicious, http://www.fontbros.com/support_license.php state that you are not allowed to redistribute the font. You will need to change this font.

Code Quality:

  • REQUIRED: Themes are required to prefix all options, custom functions, custom variables, and custom constants with theme-slug (or appropriate variant). Even though Creative Foliage is a copy of the HTML5Press theme you need to change all function prefixes, language domain to another name. For example, instead of html5press_getinfo() you can use foliage_getinfo()

Other Notes:

  • Please clarify your license. You have defined the license as GPL in 'style.css' but on the theme's page I see that you have stated that it is "licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License."
  • Theme URI and Author URI are valid

Note:

  • Re-submitted Themes are given review priority over new Themes.

Please run your theme through the following tools before re-submission:

Themes should be reviewed using define('WP_DEBUG', true); in wp-config.php
