Comment: Getting tons of water flooding into our home from our 2 neighbors to the NW. We are disabled senior citizens (I'm in a body cast). The last deluge we had 3 neighbors in the middle of the night shoveling water out. We need to do even more to correct the problem. We've put in French drains (with perforated pipe which I was told was not the correct way), 20" cache basins, a sump pump, and a dry creek bed and are still getting flooded. The neighbor to the west if is at 50.5% impervious cover. Her house is high off the ground with a steep hip roof. I need to speak to specialists that know about this as soon as possible even today.
