Heat Relief installed a Bryant Puron central air conditioner in our home this week (the inspector finalizes the job today). I have been very impressed with both their timeliness and the value of the equipment. Every time an appointment was made Heat Relief staff were there on-the-button, none of this "two hour window" stuff except for the inspection, of course, which is not something they can control. The crew communicated well, and made me feel I was part of the project. Their price was competitive, the appearance of the exterior equipment is excellent, and they have been flexible with their scheduling. When it comes time for furnace replacement, they will be at the top of my list for quotes. Thank you, ServiceMagic, for the referral!
