Comment: Noticed stain on upper window frame inside our home and discovered "white mold" like substance growing in area (was behind a window shade). The white mold was similar in nature to a "mushroom" and was removed and treated with bleach. I have pictures of the white mold and the window frame and drywell damage that can forwarded along. Drywall of upper frame was damp when white mold was removed. Examined outside stucco and no crack or moisture was not evident from visual review. I have not filed an insurance claim depending on how much damage is assessed.
