J. Guyon Construction did 3 projects for me, and i am generally satisfied with the price/value ratio. In the process of removal of my very heavy old non-operational furnace from the basement, my paved but unfinished dryway was scratched. I think, if I was present at that time, it couldve been avoided, and I am taking responsibility for not being able to prevent it on my part. I do wish the contractor was more careful as well, though.

Comment: Im negotiating the purchase of a house in Monticello. Upon inspection, there was a horizontal crack in the foundation. An engineer suggested resealing the crack, installing vertical cables (fabric?) to keep the wall from bowing, and opening a section of the finished basement to see whats happening behind that.
