Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Jet is a rare breed - a young contractor with old school values who really cares about his work. Here's what he did for my master bathroom redo. 1.Demo'd the entire shower. 2.Retiled the shower walls. 3.Leveled and retiled the shower floor. 4.Retiled the bathroom floor. 5.Installed a new glass sliding shower door. Additionally he worked around the apt. installing: 1.New light fixtures in both the master and guest bathrooms. 2.New faucets in both the master and guest bathrooms. 3.New ceiling fans in both the living area and master bedroom. 4.New dimmer switch for the kitchen. 5.New front door sweep and insulation around the door frame. Jet also came up with the idea and followed through with framing the master and guest bathroom mirrors - saving money on online mirror frames. As you can see he is multi-talented who works through problems as they arise using his intelligence and experience. A few words about his character: When I had to pick up the bathroom tiles at the more distant Floor & Décor in Pembroke Pines, Jet met me there, loaded it up in his truck, then we met at a Lowe's in Coral Springs, and he loaded up some more materials including cement board, mortar, and a new heavy sliding glass shower door - without charging me anything for transportation costs. He's meticulous, takes his time to do the job right, and corrects any mistakes - willingly. Jet did very good work for me. He'll do very good work for you.

Jet is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and well-rounded - he can fix anything in the house, from plumbing to electrical wiring/circuits to roof to walls and painting, etc. He responds promptly, and is fairly priced. He even made a house call on a Sunday. We have hired him several times and we are very happy with his work.

When you call at 6:00 pm on a Saturday about a plumbing clog in a rental unit, and the answer is, I will be right over, that is great customer service. Jet has done numerous small jobs for me, including repairing another carpenters bad work, installing security lights, repairing exterior soffits...the list will continue to grow. He is very neat and concientious about cleaning up after himself and not causing more damage - with tools boxes etc.

Workmanship and time management skills are terrible. He will give you a low estimate, but will fail to complete most tasks. Most of the work he performed had to be redone and always had an excuse for not showing up as agreed.
