Frank Halley did a GREAT job. I am so impressed with the workmanship, friendliness, honesty and value for money. You don't often find all those qualities combined. I will certainly use Frank and Matt again.

Frank and his son did a great job. They are not only great at what they do, they are both excellent communicators. I have been burned in the past and paid a lot of money for substandard work. With Frank and his son, you get tremendous value for the money and work is completed as promised. Frank fully understands and appreciates the lifetime value of a customer. I will only use Frank and his son for my tile work moving forward. He has a customer for life.

Very Satisfied! Frank and his son were courteous and very professional. They were always punctual and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I reccomend Frank Halley for any tile installation job.

Project: Install Natural Stone Tile
Frank and his son found a leaking pipe plumbers couldn't even find with a leak detector. They have done a lot of work for us and will be doing more. They are honest, trustworthy, reliable and do excellent work at an excellent price.

Very pleased, showed up on time,very knowledgeable, and personable.Open to changes and worked at a steady pace till the job was done. Always answered the phone if I needed to contact. Price is alittle high I think but compareable to places like home depot or a tile company I contacted. Personal service makes a difference. Will hire again.

Even though I did not end up hiring Frank for the backsplash installation (project still stalling), I did acquire his service for some electrical work and several installation jobs. Frank was prompt, professional, and went an extra mile to provide excellent service. I had a set budget and without being asked, Frank and Matt worked quickly and efficiently to get as much done as possible for the time I can afford. When some electrical problems occurred, they went over the clock and stayed til the problems were fixed, properly. I'm more than satisfied with their work and will recommend them to anyone I know.

Frank gave me a detailed quote and was willing to work with me on different options, depending on how much money I wanted to spend. I needed some work done in my shower, and it turned into a bigger job, because water had leaked under the wall and into my bedroom. He seemed genuinely concerned about doing a good job but also saving me money. He came on time everyday and he fixed everything. He installed a beautiful new floor in my shower and it looks really nice. Frank and his son were very nice and it was so nice that they spoke English and we were able to communicate perfectly! I would use him again for other projects.
Response by Frank Halley, Inc.: This project involved removing old shower pan and install new. We also install "River Rock Pebble" custom floor and then installed new frameless shower doors. We also replaced rotted wood on second floor directly next to shower.

I'm really sad to have to report this but I am very unsatisfied with the work Frank and his son did for me. I really think it's time for Frank to retire and his son to take over. Let me tell you the problems I have; the mitered corners are not level and if one is not careful they could easily cut their hand. There are two seperate places where they screwed from underneath through the top leaving damage. They put a 5" scratch in the counter top a few inches from the side of the sink. And when Frank was installing the faucet onto the plate, he needed to use caulk(?) I asked him to use clear so I wouldn't see it. He used grey and I see it.
Response by Frank Halley, Inc.: I offered this customer a "Free Job" in order to leave. She insisted on paying us 1/2 of the total. My son and I spent 10 hours, plus cleaned all paint off kitchen floor that a prior Service Magic painted did. She was also very unhappy with his work and we heard about all her nightmares from other workers. Stay away from this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
