They took forever to get to me to do the service. Had I not kept emailing I"m not sure they would have shown up. One day they just showed up unannounced and mowed my lawn and left. I didn't ask to have my lawn mowed, I asked for Spring Clean Up. They came the following day for spring cleanup -for $300 they picked up sticks and blew some leaves out of two areas and cleaned up an area around my potting shed. For $240 they threw some mulch in my two front mulch beds, that aren't very big. They left the yard with debris in it (tool, leftover food), and my back step mats not put back where they belong, laying in the lawn. I emailed my feedback to the woman I had been communicating with all along. One of the owners called me in response to my email to try to explain the services but argued with me about my points in my feedback and even went so far as to say why didn't I hire the guy I had used when we moved in 2 years ago. I said he wasn't available. I hung up stating thank you for the clarification and I think you have terrible business manners. We won't be calling them again unfortunately. I had read wonderful reviews and was hoping to have found a permanent source of help for our yard. Terribly rude leadership and overpriced services for the work done. I gave a 1/2 star for customer service because at least someone called me back in response to my feedback.

Prepared a level site with crushed stone to serve as a base for a garden shed. Reasonable price and good quality. Completed the work soon after we accepted the proposal.

The day after I did my Home Advisor search, I received a phone call from Beers and Lane saying they would come by and do a no obligation estimate and leave it in my mailbox. Their price was extremely reasonable given the shape our lawn was in. I called them to ask what the next step was. I signed the contract and within 48 hours they were here and did an outstanding job of preparing our lawn for Spring!
