well the customer service is great! Quality and professionalism is really good along with the knowledge of the industry, for the value for the money I did rate it high because I do have faith in him getting rid of my tick problem but I will be able to rate it more exact once we do get my tick iinfestation problem taken care of so in a sense the verdict is still out on that one! but so far so good
