This man did a remarkable job on my carpet. When he finished, the carpet looked like they had just been installed. Looked like new. the worker was very polite and courteous. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I called Kurt to get information on cleaning the carpet in my home. He was very professional and prompt. I wanted immediate service and he came the same day, on his day off, to do the work. Even though he provided additional stain removal services he stuck to the price he quoted me over the phone. I truly appreciated his promptness, professionalism, price, and friendliness. I am very happy with the job they did and the care they took with my home. Our carpets are cream and they look great once again. I would definitely use him again and I would definitely recommend him to others, however, I do have one bit of advise. Get a firm written price before the work is started. When he came he offered to do all of the other rooms we had not included. We agreed to let him do one of them which had very little carpet area to clean and no stains. He said it was no problem, but when it came time to pay the price went from $60 for two rooms and a hallway to $90 for just that small addition. I would not have agreed to the addition if I had known it was such an extra charge because it really didn't need it.
