They did a good job. The reason that they did not get 5 stars is that after receiving a verbal bid from Bob to replace the pool sweep pump for about $450 (which he confirmed included labor), he called me back and said the pump motor price had gone up and they needed to raise the cost to $600. I asked Bob to have Shawn call me which he did. Before he did, I checked with Leslie' Pool Supply and found I could buy the motor $285, which I then explained to Shawn when he called. After a brief discussion he agreed to match Leslie's pump cost and do the labor for $75, making the total under $400.

Shane came by within hours and told us a seal needed to be replaced- our prior pool care company told us the whole pump needed to be replaced. Shane was right- pool now sparkling clean and pump working without any problems. He saved us $1500. He now comes weekly- we are more than satisfied. He also is great about communicating- always responds to texts.
