"Three companies called after I posted on HomeAdvisor: one said they'd call the next day to meet. (No call.) Another set an app't and no-showed. Adam THRONE called, arrived on-time, returned with an engineer consultant for concrete work and city permit requirements. I explained the "window" of good weather would be brief -- and I needed concrete work on a deck, a new fence, and two sets of outdoor stairs. All work was completed beautifully, on-time (!) and on-budget (!) I've used contractors to remodel a kitchen and bath in the past -- both were late and over-budget. Call Adam Throne."
