"Rich set a time when he would be at my home and called when it looked like he would be a bit outside the window, which I appreciated. I asked him what I could to assist with his examination of my two refrigerators and he replied that I could remove the items stored in the freezer compartment, which I did. When he arrived, which was about 10 minutes outside the window first quoted, but earlier than the time he thought it might take him to get to my place, he got right after my refrigerator problems, quickly replaced a broken relay, tested the unit and it has been running well since he repaired it. On a second unit, he checked it out quickly,, determined that the problem was a tired compressor and said it would cost more to repair this older unit than a newer one would cost that had a warranty. Rich was personable, efficient and very knowledgeable. I would call him again if I have any further refrigerator problems."
