"Michael Behan was a great Contractor from beginning to finish, I could not be happier! He went beyond what was expected of his services multiple times, and provided invaluable advice and help throughout the project! My project was a kitchen renovation in a startup in the FiDi with strict building regulations. Michael gave advice from what type of product would be the most bang for our buck, to referring an architect to help us last minute with some building management requirements. I don't have much knowledge of the renovation process or what it requires, and Michael was always willing to help answer my questions or help me figure out my concerns. The icing on the proverbial cake was his invaluable help when I hit a hiccup with the flooring. I had originally used another source for the flooring of my kitchen, but when it came to the day of install the other company could not get it together and their customer service reps were extremely unhelpful. Michael picked up the reins by stepping in and speaking with customer service, figuring out where my product was, going himself to pick it up, and installing on the same day so my kitchen install timeline would remain uninterrupted. I am so thankful we went with Behan Construction and Home Inspections and certainly will be keeping his information for any future projects inside my office or in my personal life. "I brought in Red Door Restoration for a garage / home office remodel after sitting down with multiple contractors. What put them at the top of the list was how well Z was able to listen to what I was envisioning and turn that into a solid design. This being the first big project that I hired a contractor for, I wasn't sure what I would be in for. Z was able to explain the process clearly, point out items that I might not have considered and even pass along some construction tips along the way. Fortunately, it doesn't stop with Z.
