"They called to make appointment for next day and showed up during the scheduled time interval. When I explained the problem with my freezer, they immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I also had a possible problem with my clothes washer. We ran it and the problem didn't occur, but they checked all around the machine for leakage. They didnt charge any extra for the few minutes this took. Both appliances were LG which most repairmen don't work on. I would call them again for any appliance problem because of their work and their reasonable cost. "
