Luke from Heat Flow Mechanical, LLC did an outstanding job for us. What is remarkable about him is that he is focused on doing the job right rather 'wrapping' it up. We were adding an additional A/C unit and he went above and beyond to complete extra maintenance items with the furnace that were outside the scope of the project in order to make the A/C install right. His bid was most reasonable and did not haggle for the extra time spent to make the install right. For the customer service and the follow-ups he get a perfect 10 score from me. Was able to schedule me relatively early, during a hot streak in summer. Pricing was on the lower end of the quotes I received. Owner/operator is friendly. Only downside I can think of relate to customer service. There were a few times when I had to prompt to see when I was scheduled, and once when I waited on him to collect money and he was a no show. I think both of these were due to it being a really busy time for his company and him being an independent operator (not like he has a customer service department scheduling and following up with customers).

He presented what I consider to be a very reasonable estimate after getting a few bids - and the work was completed in a couple days after deciding to go with Mark. Once the team was onsite, I found everyone to be very cordial, respectful, and they worked their butts off to get the job done.

Comment: New construction gas fired furnace. Need A/C installed. Looks like probably a retro-fit. home is 3,400 SF but basement level is not ducted. Basement uses indpendent electrical units in walls and ceiling, so unit would only need capacity to serve main level and upper floor. 4 BR/2BA upstairs and .5BA on the main level. I am open on approaches, but because this is WA, I am not sure i need the kick ass Trane quality I would probably buy when i lived in TX and FL. Would like to get the work done before summer kicks in. I know commerical construction, but little about HVAC systems, so hoping I can meet an honest company who will do right by me. Several of my neighbors are also interested, so glad to give a referral
