Not a fun job - they worked their tails off. I have referred them twice but now have a problem with owner, Rudy Garza. Both times, they damaged my sprinkler system. I had to use them twice (2 dif. Sections of the plumbing went out), he credited me the second time for the 1st sprinkler damage. The 2nd time, Aug 05, I had another repair done for $175 & have asked for reimbursement. I have been assured since September 05 that the payment was on the way in the mail or would be hand delivered. After countless letters, phone calls, emails, I have written the Better Business Bureau. Rudy promises to have it to me & is polite but never follows through.

I feel cheated after the repair service I received. A 15min resolder of a single fitting took 4hrs, and I was charged for 4hrs of labor. That means I paid for the plumber's mistakes. I will never use this service again after this debacle. I planned my work around a short repair, based on conversations with Goldstar, and it ended up costing me double because of the missed worktime.

The gentleman that came to repair/look at our water tank was of exceptional value and saved us alot of money. The quality of service was outstanding the quality of the people we came into contact with otherwise, absolutley was un-courteous and very unprofessional. Really need to rethink your staffing and how you treat people. Because of her I will NEVER look for anything on the internet again.

I am not happy at all from their service. they lie a lot and never on time. i am trying to close my job and just waiting for them for the last 2 weeks. never ever work with these people or recomend anyone to work with them.
