Comment: New construction gas fired furnace. Need A/C installed. Looks like probably a retro-fit. home is 3,400 SF but basement level is not ducted. Basement uses indpendent electrical units in walls and ceiling, so unit would only need capacity to serve main level and upper floor. 4 BR/2BA upstairs and .5BA on the main level. I am open on approaches, but because this is WA, I am not sure i need the kick ass Trane quality I would probably buy when i lived in TX and FL. Would like to get the work done before summer kicks in. I know commerical construction, but little about HVAC systems, so hoping I can meet an honest company who will do right by me. Several of my neighbors are also interested, so glad to give a referral
