Comment: This is an old San Francisco building that is undergoing a seismic retrofit. We are removing carpet and refinishing the existing fir floor. Below this floor is a basement. I want to spray foam insulation under the floor to minimize heat loss in the winter. I am also interested in spraying foam into the exterior walls for the same reason, but the walls are covered, not exposed. If this can happen soon, then they can be repaired and repainted while we are in the midst of this construction project. Timing is critical. Thank you.
