"I cannot sing the praises of Ian and Power Forward enough! He is outstanding. The jobs he did for me were fixing a switch panel that was overheating, installing a new light fixture. replacing light bulbs on outdoor lights that are high up and installing timers for those outdoor lights. He showed up on time. He called to say he was on his way. He works very efficiently and is very clean. He was very respectful wearing a mask and wearing shoe covers. I called him back for an issue a month later that had nothing to do with what he did prior. It was a Saturday and he came right out for the issue. I was so surprised he was available on a Saturday. I will continue to use him for all my electrical needs and my family and friends will also be using him. He's fantastic!"

"I am glad i hired them to do my fuse box to circuit breaker c0nversion. They\ dad and son team were professional. They were right on regarding my breaker location. It cannot be installed in thr boiler/furnace room because the clearance is not big enough. Another electrician said i could install it the boiler room. He was completely wrong. I am glad i went with West Electric. Otherwise the inspector would have fail the indpection if i had gone with the other electrician. My new circuit breaker box was conveniently located on the wall outside our bedroom and outside the boiler/furnace room. In addition they create a beautifully wooden frame where the circuit breaker box. The father and son team were polite, pleasant to work with. I would hure them the next time i need electical work done. This review is several years late."

We had a lot of work we wanted done on our new home and he spent hours with us before any guarantee of even getting the job! He even suggested an improvement we could do ourselves. They added recessed LED (wafer) lighting and under-cabinet LED light tape with dimmers to our kitchen, installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom, upgraded outlets (tamper-resistant, GFCI), fixed some funky wiring with switches and outlets, added a 3-way switch, upgraded dimmer switches, upgraded outdoor motion sensor lights and more!
