Comment: Hello! I am an artist and I actually have an odd request, I am hoping to get three artworks framed. I need them custom built out. I can do the painting but I dont have the skill or the materials. I am envisioning a simple wood frame around the canvas, not over the edge, but coming right up to the edge, flush with the piece - as seen in the picture below, a float frame I think their called. I tried to attach a picture but this program wouldnt let me. I have two 40x60 pieces and one 36x60. All canvases are 2” deep. About how much do you think it would cost for each piece to be framed? I need just regular sturdy wood. Would love to know if this is something in your wheelhouse...
