I contacted Community Landscape based on their favorable ratings. My tenant just received an enormous water bill. We found out our sprinkler system was leaking but not puddling to make it noticeable. Kevin responded the same day with the exact issue and gave us a reasonable price quote. We agreed on the project and he had his team in and out in one day. Very fast and professional service.

Kevin gave the best price for my job. Him and his crew arrived on time and completed what was asked completely and timely. I have already recommended Community Landscape Management to neighbors and colleagues and will be calling back for future work. Highly recommended, thank you!

I initially met Kevin Lawrence, who came over to give me a quote for the work. We spoke a lot about what I was looking for and he gave me some great advise and a few things I should do to improve the job. Things I'd never even thought of but made the work better and safer in the long run. His sent the quote to me that evening, which was very reasonable. I'd already had estimates from two other companies. The overall price was a little higher but I decided to go with Community Landscapes because I liked Kevin's attitude. A few days later him and his team came over to start the job. It was finished in 2 days and turned out better than what I was expecting. His team are hard working, very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. I was more than happy with the final result! A week later I noticed a small leak in one of the manufactured valves, which I believe happens a lot. I emailed Kevin and the next day his team came over again to fix the leak and check the other parts. It's working perfectly now and at no extra cost to me. What a great bunch of guys! I'd definitely use them again. Thanks!!
