Doug called multiple times to verify everything and wound up coming earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was extremely courteous to my wife. The best part was his honesty when we asked him to look at a leak in the basement. It was work above and beyond what we had scheduled him for (a garbage disposal install which now works). He was unable to fix the leak and have us recommendations on what to do next. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone needing this type of work done.

Comment: I'm not certain that my garbage disposal is ruined. While trying to unclog the kitchen drain, which is still clogged, the garbage disposal quit coming on with the switch. I need the drain unclogged asap, as my main drain in my laundry/store room is backing up now and flooding the room. I can wait on the garbage disposal for a few days, if I have to.
