Comment: during winter months, when cold for phoenix in the early mornings, remote control within car would not work, as well as keypad mounted on outside of garage door frame inoperable, but wall button within garage working. Later in day, when warmer, all three worked fine. I tried replacing the battery in the remote but this did not help. Weeks later, the light bulb in the opener unit blew out. Bulb since replaced and working fine currently, with on/off light button on wall button within garage working fine. A week or so later, the wall button within garage stopped working to open and close garage door. I have since disengaged garage door from opener unit and has remained manually opened or closed. In summary, currently only the light and on/off button on wall button within garage is working, with sensors at bottom of garage door opening still functional as well.
