Comment: Two potential projects: Toilet: When I flush my toilet, the water goes down, but the the tank fills up really slow, like a trickle-slow. Now if I turn the water valve off then on, for some reason the water flows normally and fills take up at normal speed. Not sure why turning the valve off then on, does it, but that is the only way to make it fill up normally. If valve is left on, and we flush, it trickles. My plumbing friend says: Fluid master ballcock I'm sure , Washer is expanded not allowing full flow , I would replace ballcock supply flapper. Shower: faucet leaks after turned off
