Patriot Electric responded to the request very quickly. The serviceman was extremely polite and very patient with us. He ended up identifying the problem (which was minor) and fixing it for free when we were just expecting a free estimate! The serviceman also went above and beyond by checked all of our AC window units even the ones that we were not having trouble with. We highly reconmmend this contractor.
