Butch Hildreth is so friendly and professional. We are on our second bathroom remodel project with him and I look forward to calling him for all of our future remodeling projects. He is very responsive; quick to reply and communicates very well throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about him! Trustworthy and honest.

We hired Mr. M.D. Hildreth to remodel our master bathroom. After our initial conversation with him it became completely obvious we needed to look no farther for a contractor. We felt comfortable with him instantly, and the price he quoted us was more than fair for the amount of work he performed. Mr. Hildreth, Butch, was there on time every day. His subcontractors were all professional, and he supervised every aspect of work done in our home to assure that it was done to his standards. Butch never minded our questions or I should say, expected us to question anything we had a slight concern about, which he always addressed quickly, and usually he had already taken care of them. Butch is a man of his word, and a new friend as well. Butch made our bathroom into the Master Bathroom I have always desired, a beautiful retreat from the outside world. The cherry on top is the dry sauna he installed where the old shower had been previously. I've always wanted my own in-home sauna, and now I can go relax inside of it with no need to travel to a gym, and I have to share it with no one...well except my husband! My husband now loves the sauna, and bathroom as much as I do! Before Butch had even finished the remodel of our bathroom, we had already decided to have him do another project for us. As a matter of fact, our intentions are to have Butch Hildreth-More Than Just Doors as our contractor for all our home renovations in the future. Yes. He's that good!

We have been living in chaos for months because a contractor we hired to remove a support and secondary wall did just that but never returned to complete the job. He was continuously "surprised" by the demands of our historical home and, as a result, "needed" more and more money at every turn. He eventually just stopped showing up and returning our calls. A support wall is a HUGE thing to live without, but considering the amount of money we had already put out, we had a hard time finding another contractor that we could afford as well as one that would agree to come in and correct what another had done- then came Butch! He gave us a great price and went above and beyond! He built and hid a support beam in our ceiling- that was a job in itself! Anyone that has ever worked in a historical home knows about shiplap and HOW MUCH there is to cut through! He designed an entrance into the kitchen where he was able to incorporate the original trim and transoms we kept when the walls were taken down. It looks as if the entry was built at the same time as the rest of the house almost 100 years ago! He sheet rocked, textured, painted and stained everything wonderfully! It is gorgeous! There were also many little things here and there he noticed and fixed that most others would have just left alone because they weren't part of the "job". If he had his drill out and something was loose, he fixed it! His helper, Brandon, was also great! They are both really good people with really good work ethics. Those are hard to find qualities these days. In an age when the customer is rarely right and actually listened to even less, these guys are a reminder of the good old days with good, decent, trustworthy people! My husband and I will be recommending him to everyone we know.

Butch was great. You can tell he takes pride in his work and treated my home as if it were his own. He finished when he said he would and cleaned up afterwards every night. Butch kept me apprised of the status. Took a bathroom mess and made it look new. Went from ow to WOW. Highly recommend!

Mr. Hildreth did a complete renovation of our 6 bedroom home that need much work. He is a true professional that paid amazing attention to detail in our home. Because of the work he completed, our empty house feels like home. He far exceeded all of our expectations and we would immediately turn to him if we were to have any additional renovation needs. We are grateful that we found him for our home needs.

Butch was awesome to work with and I recommend him to anyone needing work done around the house. He did several things here for us but Home Advisor would only allow one project type on this form. Beside painting, he did baseboards, bathroom cabinet install, bathroom sink install. Great work!
