Raj is professional, helpful, kind and trustworthy. He returned phone calls and e-mails propmtly, and provided well needed advice for our new construction project. He is a problem solver, and a good diplomat, with a "grandfather" attitude: children, there is a little problem, but don't worry, we will solve it....:) I definetly recoomend Raj and would use his service in the future.

My dad died a few months ago and I had to help my mom took care of my dad estate. Before putting the house on the market we had to make sure it was structurally sound. A.S. and R. was very helpful in assuring us the structural stability of the house. He was professional and sincere ,and the job was done the same day I called from out of state. I highly recommend him for his expertise to anyone.

County required an engineer due to rebuilding a load bearing wall. Needed a quick turnaround by him(which did not occur). He was all over the place with his suggestion on supporting the load bearing wall. County rejected it since he only provided an emailed copy-they needed original (he should know that). Took me over another week for me to get him to deliver the original signed design (which I drew) After building it and tearing up and replacing part of the floor for plumbing, the inspector stated I needed additional support under the floor so I had to tear up that part of the floor again (he should have known that). Not happy!
