This was a major remodeling of a 27 year old home and included removing popcorn ceiling and re-texture, removing wall paper from approximately 70% of the home then texture and repaint, replacing ceiling fans, and door hardware, demolition and replacement of ceramic tile in the main entrance and kitchen. Rock Star's bid beat all other contractors by a very wide margin. I give them high marks on all accounts from their bidding (fast and very clear) , quality of work, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. The CEO listened to all my feedback, worked quickly to correct any concerns or problems and was to be able to solve virtually any technical problem. I made several changes during the project (change orders) and Rock Star's attitude was consistently positive and their re-pricing for new or changed items was very fair.
