Alpha was very responsive and cost effective. They worked with me to stay within my budget yet tried to do the best that they could to solve my foundation issue. Although they were able to support the foundation in the crawl space, they weren't able to lift and level the house as the beams started cracking. In the future, I will need to hire a carpenter to reinforce the beams first before engaging Alpha.

Comment: Entire concrete slap is cracked throughout front of home and garage when carpet was turned back. Cracks may have spread to the rear of home also. Carpet in those areas have not be turned back to see damage due to being one continuous piece. Cracks can be seen going under walls and can feel variations in the floor in back of home. I will need a written estimate to repair damaged slab and replace carpeting.
