Comment: I have a wooden backyard fence. 1) A back fence post has given way, so that approximately 6 ft of the back fence slants backwards and needs straightening. 2) There is gap between where the back fence ends and the side fence, so that I need a gate to be built (approximately 55" wide and 55" tall) so that the back yard is enclosed and a pet dog cannot get out. The design may need to incorporate the presence of a stump from a plum tree that was recently removed-- or I may need to get the stump removed, but I am seeking the most cost-effective solution. 3) There are two 2 ft tall by 5 ft wide top laticed panels that are broken and need to be replaced.
