Comment: My family has lived in this house for 35 years. The fence dividing the back yards, was there when we bought the house. I noticed that the fence closed in the side of my garage, but the neighbors were so nice and my garage didn't need any work, so I left it alone. Now, the gutter is falling off of the side of the garage closed in the neighbors yard and I can't get it fixed.
