Comment: I have a small "U" shape kitchen that I would like to remolded. I plan to put in all new appliance with a new gas stove. I will need to have a gas line run for the new stove. I want new Granit or Quartz counter tops and sink with new back slash. I will not be replacing the cabinets but will need them painted and new handles put on the cabinet doors. One cabinet door will need to be fixed. The cabinet above the stove will need to be shorten because the new microwave will be larger than the old one. I would like crown molding installed and the kitchen painted. I would like lights installed under the cabinets to add some light to the counter tops.

Comment: We've just purchased a ranch home with a finished basement, but the only way to the basement is through the small, one car garage garage. We don't need a garage, so we'd like to have 2/3 of our garage converted to an interior room so we could go from our kitchen to our basement living room without having to go through the garage. The other 1/3 of the garage could be left as-is for us to use for storage. We'd like: the walls of the new room to be insulated, 3 electrical outlets and a ceiling light installed in the new room, an enclosure to be built around the washer and dryer that will be in the new room, and a heat duct run from the basement ducting into the room.
