I have been working at HomeAdvisor full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Unlimited salary potential. Extensive training program. Everyone is very invested in your success. Lots of extra perks like time off, and fun events. Quality equipment.
Cons
Loud environment but you can get used to it. Monotonous and sitting for 8 hours can be tedious, but they do provide 2 breaks and a lunch, so that helps.
Advice to Management
Perhaps a bit more individual coaching rather than generic tips.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HomeAdvisor.
Interview
First phone interview with HR. Went in the following morning for interview with managers. Very typical interview, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable during the interview. I interviewed with team managers and a senior manager.
