Need a contractor good with steed stud framing, drywall and minor electrical and hardwood flooring expertise, to modify the location of a closet in a bedroom. Project is as follows: Demolish approx 15 linear feet of partition wall (non-structural); build approx 9 linear feet of partition wall in an existing bedroom/den. Patch-in approx 20 square feet of diagonal hardwood floors (existing), where old closet used to be. Add 2-3 electrical receptacles (tie into existing circuit), add 2 sets of double doors to (above mentioned) room, for a closet, and an additional set of double doors to an existing laundry room (may require modification of existing rough opening - minor). plus minor drywall patch/repairs (where prior electrical work was done), and baseboard/trim repairs (10 linear feet, approx). I am hoping this could be a fairly straightforward 1-2 week job. Cash.
