If another project comes along I would definitely hire Arthur Smith again. The workers were professional, courteous and cleaned up after each day and they did a quality job on our bathroom remodel.

Mr. Smith gave me a bid that was very reasonable. He started and finished the job on time. He was very professional. I would definitely work with him again!

Art came over and gave an estimate. He arrived on time and seemed professional. He was not the one to do the work, however. The person who did the work left cigarette butts in my front yard, tracked the stuff they spray on to create the bumps on walls all over my carpet, hallway and mudroom as well as the floor mats meant to be used to wipe your feet on. He also left some gaps between the closet (that is what he was there to install) and the wall. Art told me during the estimate that he would install some moulding around where the wall and the closet will meet, but that didn't happen. When I called and asked Art about it, he said he inspected the closet and said it looked fine without the moulding. There was a few large mirrors glued to the wall by the previous homeowners which had to be removed. They removed them successfully, but had to replace the wallboard where the mirrors were, I don't know what was left behind the wall as I had alot of problem getting the anchors for the shelves installed. Other than that, I now have the closet I needed, but it's not as nice looking as I had hoped.
