Easy to work with. Very detail oriented. Cleans up better than anyone else I've hired. They remediated mold in our small bathroom, identified and fixed the leaks, removed and replaced rotten sub-flooring, and re-tiled the floor, i.e., they're willing to do all of the work needed for a fairly small job. Mike identified other serious problems we had (requiring working under our pier-and-beam home) and we had him fix them too. Comment: The damage is about a 1 square foot area at the corner of the tub in the bathroom. I had a contractor come out to inspect it previously, but have never heard back from him. He was able to see that the damage was restricted to a small area and the floor joists were not damaged and it would be easy to extract the damaged area and replace with new.
