Comment: We have a covered patio on the back of this mobile home. We'd like to use the patio as living space w/o heating or cooling. The slab of concrete is about 10 x 20. We'd like to have it screened with about 80% tint. Outdoor low pile carpeting cemented to slab. 1 screen door std. size. Additional electrical outlet if possible. If there is exposed wood, I can supply the paint but I can't paint it. The roof is aluminum, and has no leaks. There is a 2 foot high stucco wall that someone added. It doesn't surround the three sides of the porch, but we'd like to have that done, or removed and replaced with something that would work and not cost more. Possibly more, but I can't think of anything else right now. We may want the aluminum roof to be painted, it's white now. That's optional. This mobile home is ground set, which means not stairs to walk up to enter the home. I'm a veteran also, and in business since 1981 (commercial printing company.)
