I hired Eduardo to replace a solenoid valve for one zone, replace two failing sprinkler heads, and raise several heads that had become too low, as the grass mat had become thicker. He was punctual for both the estimate and the service. His estimate was inline with what I had expected and with other estimates. I was also impressed with the fact that he would be the person doing and supervising the work. I should mention, for those who might be concerned, that Eduardo speaks perfect english. He and his helper performed the work quickly and efficiently. Since I was outside showing him what needed repair, he explained everything he was doing. He was very professional. We tested all of the zones, before he left and everything appeared to be functioning properly. The charge was exactly what was quoted. However, the next day, one of the heads that he had replaced started leaking, so I called him back. He gave me a time that he would return and as before, the doorbell rang at exactly that time. Five minutes later, he had replaced that head again and was on his way. Everything has worked fine for several days, so I feel it time to write this review. Having spent a good portion of my life in customer service (high-end computers), I appreciate good customer service more than most. I find Eduardo's service and demeanor to be of the highest quality. In fact, his demeanor was such that I would not mind having a beer with him or having him as a neighbor and that's something I can say about few people who have provided any kind of service to my home, over the years. He's just a likable and professional guy. If I should need any more sprinkler work, Eduardo is the guy I will call.

Eduardo is a class act! I am extremely pleased with the work he and his crew did. If you're looking for a cheap system for a cheap price then go with someone else. But if you're looking for a high quality system that will last forever with next to no maintenance for a fair price, then give Eduardo a call. You won't regret it!!
