Support » Plugin: User Switching » Not allowing to submit client’s order

    We had our coders install User Switch, so that we could help clients in the checkout process when they needed help. I just tried to use user switch to complete an order. I was able to enter all the client’s information into the form, making sure that I had all require cells filled out, but it will not allow me to click the submit button.

    Thanks for the message. User Switching literally only switches you between user accounts, so any problems you encounter will need to be looked at by your developers.

    So could I be doing something wrong? It seems odd that I can log in (without user switch) and enter the same exact information into the cart and the Submit button will be active, but if I use the user switch the submit button does not turn active.

    Hi @johnbillion,

    I’ve also noticed the same. I’ve used this plugin for years and love it.

    However now, when I go to a user account in WordPress and ‘switch’ to them, and try to buy a WooCommerce product and then go to checkout, my details are in the checkout fields and not the details of the user that I’ve ‘switched’ to, so I can’t checkout.

    This has worked perfectly until just recently. Not sure if it’s a WooCommerce 3.0 issue, as that just came out.

    It has broken after upgrading to WooCommerce 3.0

    Is there a fix?

    I was able to fix it by adding this line to wp-config.php

    define( ‘USER_SWITCHING_OLDUSER_COOKIE’, ‘any_random_sting_sjkfjnkasdujk3290jkaskfdkl’);

    Everyone, this is unrelated to User Switching. Please post your problems on the WooCommerce support forum where someone from WooCommerce will be able to help.
