Bao Down has newly opened in San Francisco at 648 Bush Street in Nob Hill with Filipino celebrity and restaurateur, Marvin Agustin. Owners and Brothers-in-law, Chef Greg Edwards and Matthew Adolfo opened the first restaurant in historic Gastown in February 2015 that offered a unique twist on Pacific Rim cuisines that includes a blend of traditional Asian cuisine with local ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. All of our ingredients are sourced from a very select list of suppliers who deliver high quality and organic products for our unique recipes and cooking methods. Beyond the food, Bao Down provides a casual dining setting that is welcoming and fun! We create an enjoyable experience on any occasion, including parties and business luncheons.
